So, I had this idea a few months back, and it bloomed into a story idea that will be my NaNoWriMo come next month.

The idea itself is Harry as a sultan, and Draco as his slaveboy. Before I decided to write it as my NaNo, I put it up as an idea for HD_Fanart over at LJ.

The picture went up today, and all I can do is squee. It's absolutely gorgeous. So if anyone were to want to go see it, here it is: On My Command. Go check it out and tell the artist how gorgeous it is. :D

So, nc17rated did a challenge to have people write HP bedtime stories, and she would draw pictures for them.  So I wrote one.  It's part of a larger piece that I have yet to finish.  Here's my piece and here's what she drew.

I needed a bit of cheering up today, and so I decided to go check out buttfacemakani's site, and stumbled across the fact that she's cool with icons being made of her stuff, so I simply couldn't resist.

I'm still catching up on my flist from being gone all day...  Not good.

I will be writing tonight.  Hoping for at least 1000 words, if not 2000.  I've decided that I'm not going to do more than minor rewriting (slight change of words or sentances that feel awkward) unitl November (and hopefully the fic) is over.  But PLEASE, if there's something that bugs you, do shout out.  I'm a very sloppy writer, and I need someone to slap my hand and tell me I'm being sloppy.  Can I help it if I want my boys in love? ;)  And in other Nano news, I came up with a few songs for the fic at work.  If anyone's interested...
